SRG announced the promotion of Rajanathan Balen from vice president, supply chain management to executive vice president, global trade.
The company noted Balen’s 21 years of distinguished service and said he has played “an instrumental role in shaping the company’s operational growth and supply chain strategy.”
He has assumed enterprise-wide responsibility for logistics, freight, international shipping, and fulfillment, while providing strategic oversight of customs- and tariff-compliance programs.
Before joining the executive leadership team, Balen established a foundation in finance as an investment banker and equity trader. This experience brings a distinctive commercial lens to supply chain economics, cost modeling, and tariff exposure management.
“Raj has been an integral part of SRG’s growth and operational success for more than two decades,” said Richard Firkser, president and founder of SRG.
“His deep command of global trade, logistics, and supply chain management, combined with his strategic thinking and proven leadership, makes him precisely the right person to lead this expanded division,” said Mark Waisbrod, CEO of SRG.
