- Contact Mercedes Lowell with any questions or issues regarding the APA Expo exhibitor portal.
- How do I update my online exhibitor directory listing?
- From the invitation sent from [email protected], set up your log-in information. If you need the invitation to be re-sent, please email Mercedes Lowell at [email protected]. Log in to your exhibitor portal and update your company’s information. Deadline for submission coming soon.

- How do I order furniture, utilities, and services for my booth?
- To place an order for your booth, access the GES Exhibitor Portal.
- When can I move in/out?
- Move in: Tuesday 2/24 from 8am-5pm
- Move out: Friday 2/27 12-6pm

- When and where is the 2026 APA Expo?
- The 2026 APA Expo will be held at the Horseshoe Las Vegas from February 24-27, 2026.

- Can I bring my child?
- Children of all ages can attend the APA trade show, but children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Can I take photographs or audio/video at the APA Expo?
- Photography and audio/video recording are strictly prohibited in all APA Expo education sessions. However, outside of these sessions, you are welcome to capture photos and videos as desired.

- How do I get from the airport to the hotel/venue?
- Transportation Information
- Horseshoe Las Vegas to McCarran International Airport
- Distance: 2.3 miles
- Drive Time: 6 minutes

- Terminal 1: After collecting your luggage, exit the baggage claim area via Door 11 (behind Starbucks) and proceed right to the SuperShuttle ticket booth to speak with a uniformed Customer Service Representative.
- Terminal 3: After collecting your luggage, proceed to the SuperShuttle ticket booth to speak with a uniformed Customer Service Representative. The SuperShuttle booth is located outside of Door 53, to the right of the baggage claim.

- The APA has partnered with Caesars Entertainment to negotiate the best hotel rates at the Horeshoe and Paris Hotels. See more hotel room information here.
- Important Notice: Exhibitors and attendees may receive solicitations from unaffiliated hotels or third-party housing agencies. If you’re contacted by a company claiming to represent APA or be our official housing provider, please be aware that they are not associated with us. Booking outside the APA room block means we won’t be able to assist with potential issues like unexpected fees, strict cancellation policies, lower-quality rooms, or even finding out your reservation doesn’t exist.
