For guests that prefer to phone in their reservations, they may call our Reservation Center at 800-358-8777 (Horseshoe) or 877-603-4389  (Paris) to secure a reservation on your group block. However, guests should be aware that a processing fee per reservation will be incurred if they choose not to use your dedicated weblink. Currently, the name of the group is listed as International Personalization and Awards Expo 2026.  If there are other names we should expect callers to mention, I can add them to our reservation system.  Callers may also use your group code to identify the group, SBARA6 (Horseshoe) and SPARA6 (Paris).

Please note that you and your guests may make reservations in the block at group rate until January 21, 2026.  After that time, the group rate will be offered based on hotel availability only.

Important Reminder

From time to time, exhibitors and attendees are solicited by unaffiliated hotels or third-party housing agencies. If you receive a call, email, or fax from a housing organization stating that they are calling on behalf of the APA or they are the official housing service for the association, please know that this call is not affiliated with the association.

If you book your reservation outside of the APA room block, the association will be unable to assist you with any issues you may encounter, such as additional fees, harsh cancellation policies, lower quality rooms, and, in some situations, finding out you have no reservation.

Airport Transportation

  • Terminal 1: After collecting your luggage, exit the baggage claim area via Door 11 (behind Starbucks) and proceed right to the SuperShuttle ticket booth to speak with a uniformed Customer Service Representative.
  • Terminal 3: After collecting your luggage, proceed to the SuperShuttle ticket booth to speak with a uniformed Customer Service Representative. The SuperShuttle booth is located outside of Door 53, to the right of the baggage claim.

Las Vegas’s average high in February is 63°F and the average low is 39°F. Meeting room temperatures tend to vary. Please bring a light sweater or jacket to all meetings.
