Jennifer Groff has recently joined Catania Medallic Specialty, Inc. as the new office and customer service manager. Groff brings more than 20 years of experience in office administration, customer service leadership, and business operations. Catania noted Groff has demonstrated a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer support, streamlining office processes, and fostering positive relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
