Marco Awards Group recently purchased the 52,000-plus-square-foot building housing its operations in Dallas, a major step forward in the company’s long-term growth strategy. Previously leased, the facility has proved to be an ideal location with its proximity to major highways and accessibility for regional distribution. It is one of three Marco warehouses serving that region, along with locations in San Antonio, Texas, and Gonzales, Louisiana. In addition to acquiring the building, Marco Awards Group has also purchased a large tract of land adjacent to the property, providing space for expansion.
“This purchase helps solidify our long-term goals in the Southwest market and is a commitment to our loyal customers,” Marco president Marcel Bizier said.
