forward in the company’s long‑term growth strategy. The facility, previously leased, has proven to be an ideal location with its
proximity to major highways and accessibility for regional distribution.
In addition to acquiring the building, Marco Awards Group has also purchased the large tract of land adjacent to the property, providing space
for future expansion. Company President Marcel Bizier commented on the acquisition, stating, “This purchase helps solidify our long‑term goals in
the Southwest market and is a commitment to our loyal customers.” This facility is one of three warehouses serving that important region, along with our locations in San Antonio, TX and Gonzalez, LA.
