At the 2026 International Personalization Expo in Las Vegas, Nevada, the 2026–2027 APA Board of Directors was announced during the APA Member Breakfast and Annual Meeting on February 27.
Taking the helm as president is longtime APA member Justin R. Varn, owner of Awards4U in Tallahassee, Florida.
“It’s truly an honor to work alongside such an incredible group of leaders on the APA board,” says Varn, highlighting that together they will focus on the future of the industry, while being deeply committed to strengthening APA’s foundation.
“What makes the APA board special is the shared belief that this association should work for everyone,” he says. “Our goal is to bridge gaps, not create them, by bringing together new voices and seasoned leaders to build an organization that’s inclusive, forward-thinking, and truly representative of our membership.”
