Please Note: You must create a unique username and password for your Expo registration. Your conference registration login information is NOT the same as your APA website credentials and previous conference registration credentials.
APA members and their staff have free access to the trade show floor and all general education sessions. Not a member? No problem! The event is open to all makers and professionals in the business of personalization—membership is not required to attend. However, APA members experience year-round perks that benefit their businesses even after the show concludes.

Education Schedule
The APA Expo kicks off on Tuesday, February 24 with a full day of general education sessions. The show floor will open the following day, Wednesday, February 25.

A Trade Show Floor pass includes full access to the Expo Hall including exhibits, learning lounge, and the party on the show floor! It does not include access to general and hands on education sessions, Gold Obelisk Awards gala, and APA member breakfast.
Attending suppliers that are not exhibiting are prohibited from selling or soliciting from attendees.

Education Pricing
The APA Expo is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills and learn from the industry’s best. Education is divided into two categories: General and Hands On. General sessions are classroom-style workshops that promote active discussion amongst attending makers and personalization professionals.
Hands On sessions are an opportunity to practice your practical skills while receiving personal attention and guidance from expert instructors.
General education session passes can be purchased per individual session. Attendees can also add on our all-inclusive education pass, which offers access to all general education sessions. Hands On sessions are purchased separately.
