(September/October 2025) SRG—formerly St Regis Group—recently announced the retirement of Missy Kilpatrick, vice president of business development, and the addition of Melanie Langille as vice president of sales at Promobilia, a leading division within SRG.
Kilpatrick’s career spanned more than 30 years, including more than four at the Illinois-based company. A leader in the promotional products industry, she brought a wealth of knowledge from previous roles at the Book Company and Castelli USA. At SRG, she was responsible for driving strategic growth and cultivating key client relationships.
“Missy has been instrumental in shaping our business-development strategy and strengthening our client partnerships,” says Merrick Falkenstein, chief revenue officer of SRG. “Her leadership, grace, and deep industry knowledge have elevated SRG in immeasurable ways. We are deeply grateful for her contributions and wish her all the best in her well-earned retirement.”
Langille brings more than 20 years of experience in the promotional products industry, most recently serving as SRG’s vice president of sales. In her new role at Promobilia, she will lead sales strategy and growth efforts for the division, which delivers factory-direct solutions to more than 10,000 distributors across North America.
